Varon is independent of the third-party link, hosting, resolution and destination services it may interact with. We do not own, control, review or guarantee third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link may redirect, change or become unavailable. Before opening a result or using a third-party service, review its address, terms and privacy information. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.
We may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of Varon, including to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse or respond to a provider change. We may apply rate limits or block requests that appear abusive. We will try to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Varon and its original site materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended lawful purpose. Third-party names, marks, links and content belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Varon is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that Varon will resolve a particular link, meet your requirements, remain secure or uninterrupted or return an accurate, lawful or safe destination. You choose whether to submit a URL or open a result and do so at your own discretion. This section does not limit any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies where that exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Subject to that rule, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss caused by third-party services or content outside the operator's reasonable control. For users acting as consumers, any further limitation applies only to the extent the law governing that user's rights permits it. No fixed monetary cap is intended to override mandatory legal protections.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to indemnify the operator where such a requirement would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of Varon or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim was caused by the operator's own acts or omissions.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use Varon, including the forwarding of submitted URLs to a third-party resolver. Do not submit information you are not willing or authorized to share with those providers.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws. The competent courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle you to bring a claim in another forum. These jurisdiction provisions must be finalised before publication and must accurately reflect the operator’s location and the governing law.
We may revise these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Changes apply from publication unless a later effective date is stated. If you do not agree to a change, stop using Varon. Continued use after the effective date is not treated as consent where applicable law requires a different process.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as necessary; the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the linked policies, describe the agreement concerning Varon, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
